Unable to connect DVR to App

I just had my DVR recently replaced and now I am unable to connect to my app. I have-


Uninstalled and reinstalled app

Reset DVR

Unplugged WIFI routers and DVR

Reset DVR

Registered my phone to my app


AT&T: Hello! How may I help you today?

Barbara: I can understand that you wish to register your DVR to mobile app. Is that correct?

Amanda: I guess. Im thinking the new replacement is not registered but I cant seem to figure out how to register it

Barbara: No worries. I can help you with that.

Barbara: Amanda, I will help you with the steps to register it.

Amanda: ok thanks

Barbara: Please follow the below steps on mobile.

Barbara: Tap the three lines at the top left (hamburger menu).

Barbara: Select Playlist.

Barbara: Select My Downloads.

Barbara: Select Register your Phone.

Barbara: Edit the Device name as desired.

Barbara: Select Add Device.

Barbara: Please let me know once you done with the above steps.

Amanda: I do not see register your phone

Amanda: Says get started

Barbara: Do you find an option "register"

Barbara: ?

Amanda: Just has a get started button that tried to register my dvr

Amanda: the old one

Barbara: I appreciate your efforts.

Amanda: What else can I do? (AFTER A 5 MIN PAUSE!)

Barbara: Have you registered Amanda?

Amanda: Registered what?

Barbara: Have you register your Dvr to mobile?

Amanda: This is why I am in the chat with you. It will not let me register the new one

Barbara: Thats unfortunate!

Barbara: Are you getting any error ?

Amanda: There is no option to change the dvr

Barbara: Oops!! **(OOPS...SERIOUSLY?)

Barbara: I am really sorry for that.

Barbara: I am checking whats wrong.

Barbara: I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please stay connected, let me connect to my supervisor to help you further on this.


DVR Mobile under settings says Searching for Client.

Ive read through quite a few peoples suggestions. Nothing is working. Very frustrating.

Any new ideas?
