Here’s what you need to know about NFL SUNDAY TICKET. First of all, even without DIRECTV satellite service, you can still stream out-of-market games with NFL SUNDAY TICKET at home or on the go — on your compatible TV, computer, tablet, or phone.

WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?

• You can get NFL SUNDAY TICKET (streaming) if one of the following apply to you:
  • I live in a multi-dwelling unit (apartment/condo) that’s not serviced by DIRECTV satellite service.
  • I live in a place that can’t receive DIRECTV satellite service due to housing restrictions or line of sight obstructions.
  • I’m a student currently enrolled in one of the eligible U.S. colleges/universities.
• To check or confirm eligibility, go to NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV and “get started” -- or go to student eligibility. Fill out the form on the right side of the web page and click “check eligibility”.
• If you are eligible, you will be taken to the “welcome to the team” payment flow to choose your package and purchase .TV.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PACKAGES AND THEIR PRICES? [See chart below]

• The starter NFL SUNDAY TICKET package “.TV TO GO” allows you to stream out-of-market Sunday games with features like “Game Mix” to watch up to 4 games on one screen, “Player Tracker” to track up to 20 of your favorite players, and “Short Cuts” to view whole games, commercial free, in 30 minutes.

• For $25.21 more each month ($105.03 more for one-time payment), you can purchase “.TV MAX” to beef-up your football experience for the season. This package includes all the features of “TV TO GO” as well as FANTASY ZONE and RED ZONE features. Follow your players live from game to game for in-depth analysis, stats and more with FANTASY ZONE. Catch the final yards of every scoring drive around the league with RED ZONE.
  • FANTASY ZONE and RED ZONE are both included with the student package “.TV U”.

• For an additional $50, you can add NFL GAME PASS to turn your “.TV MAX” package to a “.TV MAX Plus” package with next-level football features. Along with all the “.TV MAX” features, you will have access to on-demand replays of all 256 regular season games, live home and away radio of every NFL game, and more!

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

• Purchase of the 2018 NFL SUNDAY TICKET is opened and can be only made online at NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV.
• Any season pass purchases made after Saturday, September 9, 2018 are strictly nonrefundable.
• All upgrades, downgrades, and cancels can be done online. Downgrades/cancels will only be refunded if made before the start of the season on 9/8.
• With NFL SUNDAY TICKET, you can stream using any of these Supported Devices.
• Only one game may be accessed remotely at any given time. So, one stream folks.
• Available games are based on your device location. Learn more about watching the games.

So I went to the website indicated to check eligibility for the Sunday ticket since I have direct tv now...it says I am ineligible however I cannot have direct tv at my house because of line of sight issues. Any ideas?

I cannot get either dish or directtv due to living next to a mountain unless you put the dish on a ploe a few hundred feet in the air, directtv said they would send someone out to verify no coverage over 2 weeks ago but no one ever showed up..

@Mikeboha1966, you check your own line-of-sight to the DirecTV satellites using the mapping tools at www.dishpointer.com

DirecTV uses the 99, 101 and 103ºW satellites.

Good morning thank you for contacting us today! I would be glad to look into it and see why you are unable to view the NFL Sunday Ticket and resolve your concern today!

I was able to research the DirecTV now and check to see if it included or not the programming. At this time the NFL Sunday Ticket is not available with DirecTV Now. You will be able to check this article here regarding your request and find more information on it today!

How was I eligible and able to subscribe to NFL Ticket to go last season and got an email June 28th that it would auto renew at $49.99 and then it never auto renewed and I contacted customer service 3 times who have supposedly opened a ticket but haven't gotten a solution yet. And now my address shows I'm not eligible?!?! This package is a joke...

I set up my son on the student acct.  I got the email yet when he tries to log in it says the receivers arent set up.  There are no receivers as he streams either through his phone, smart tv or game console. What to do?

Hello. I had to have Directv disconnected several weeks ago, as my neighbor's trees had final blocked my signal (still have ATT wireless). The techs came out and noted the obstruction. I went to nflst.directv.com to sign up for the stand alone service. When I put my address in, it stated address was not eligible. I clicked the view offer details box and I could not find a phone number for customer service. I tried to call 1800GETSPORTS and was told that I would have to call back since they did not know who to put me in touch with. The customer service rep keep telling that I had to resister on the site and did not understand when I told her I could not resister sue to the “address not eligible”. Who do I need to contact to have this fixed, as the offer detail box clearly stated "NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV service is only available to non-DIRECTV customers who … live in a residence that has been verified as unable to receive DIRECTV satellite TV service due to obstructions blocking access to satellite signals."? Any help (phone number, chat, PM, etc) would be great, as I really want to watch my team play. Thank you in advance.

I am having this same issue, have had a tech out 3 times, and all 3 said I can not have line of sight, but when I try to get sunday ticket.tv it says I am not eligible. If you find anything out please let me know , because it is frustrating.

Hello, I have AT&T TV Now, I have tried to sign up for NFL Sunday Ticket, and it keeps on saying I should pick up DirecTV, which I don't want to. I contacted DirecTV and they supposedly set a override for my account and I would get a email from the NFL to get signed up for NFL Sunday Ticket, I've seen nothing in terms of an email, and when I've to see maybe I have a new package option on AT&T TV Now, and there has been nothing.

How do I get to watch the NFL Sunday Ticket? I know AT&T did test markets last year for DirecTV NOW.
