We have a Roku TV. Was watching shows on the MTV app this morning just fine. Went to watch this afternoon and a message popped up saying "the channel is not available in your subscription package". Contacted Roku and they said to contact DirectTV.
Thanks for reaching out! We'd be glad to help you get your Roku TV working properly.
If you haven't already, we'd recommend trying a soft reset, by going to Settings > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset. This will require you to put all your information back in to access your Roku channels.
If that doesn't work, you can try a hard reset, which will cause it to do a clean setup. You can do this by finding the reset button on your Roku TV and holding it down until you see it actively resetting, and the Roku logo appearing on the screen. At this point, you will be prompted to perform setup again.
Let us know if this helps!

Hi, I am encountering the same issue but the reset solution did not resolve my problem. I have a roku stick and not a tv so I can only perform a system reset. Is there anything else that I can do to solve this problem?
