This is a customer to customer public forum. We cannot just "check your internet". If you would post more details we may be able to help.
What do you mean by no connection? Are you getting an error message on your HDDVR/Genie, cannot access something specific, or are you getting no connection for your internet at all? (If no internet connection at all you will need to check with your internet provider as this is the Directv forum).
If the issue is with your Directv box connecting, please provide more info: Symptoms of problem, model of Directv equipment, how does it connect to your internet, what internet do you have (including subscribed speed and what speed you are actually getting).
