No access to On Demand programming

No access to On Demand programming

Cannot access any On Demand programming on TV.  When I try to access an On Demand program, get message saying, "Sorry, have no programs at this time that match the filter you selected."  Can access HBO On Demand on iPhone with HBO Go.  Cannot access HBO Go on PC nor on TV.  Have spent considerable time with Customer Service (4+ hours) with no solution.

Thanks for reaching out! We'd be glad to help you view your On Demand service.

 

Was this service working properly before? If you haven't already, we'd recommend Resetting your DIRECTV Receiver, factory resetting if that doesn't work, and then refreshing your service, which you can learn how to do in this article.

 

We'd also advise Clearing your Cache, Cookies, & Browser History on your computer, as well as making sure your browsers are up to date, and trying different browsers.

Yes my On Demand services worked for about two weeks’ post-installation.
Went thru resets. Has not helped. Appreciate your advice but am losing
patience with Directv. Feel this is a breach of your contract with me. From
other posts, this appears to be more than just my problem. Dates back at
least 18 months. Why no solution?

Thank you for reaching back out to us. It is so good to hear from you again. Let us take another look at this.

  1. The On-Demand issue has been reported to our network team and they have been steadily working on getting that fixed.

For the HBO Go problem, can you please answer the following questions:

  1. When was the last time you were able to access the app?
  2. Are you able to watch HBO live on your TV?
  3. What error messages are you getting?

Please answer those questions and get back to us.

I have managed to sign in on my PC for HBO Go. No idea why it worked this
time, but YEA!

Now, hoping that the On Demand on the TV problem, which apparently is not
just confined to my set, will be solved soon.
