What channel is DIRECTV NFL SUNDAY TICKETS Short Cuts on?
Short Cuts can be viewed on a compatible device or on line at www.DIRECTV.com/nfL. To find Shortcuts on your mobile device, download NFL SUNDAY TICKET from the app store and extend the drawer in the Highlights Section.
Things to know
Due to NFL Rules, Short Cuts is not available during the live game play. You can view games Monday through Wednesday.
DIRECTV only has rights for Sunday Ticket games. Non-Sunday Ticket games (e.g. Monday Night Football) will not have any associated shortcuts since we do not have rights to this content. This means they will not be available on the app.

Week 2 of the season brings even more frustrations. It is now after midnight and the NFL Sunday Ticket app refuses play ANY shortcuts. It says 'You can watch Short Cut replays after 12 AM ET.' Guess what? It's IS AFTER 12 am ET.
Just like anything from the NFL nothing ever starts on time. And that reminds me that I saw the Short Cuts mentioned in two times today. In one case it mentions that they would be approximately 30 minutes and in the second it mentioned they would be about 45 minutes in length.
This is just so disappointing it's ridiculous.

As is the case with the others posting to this site, I am outraged that I upgraded to Sunday Ticket MAX this year, and now find out after 45 minutes on line with an agent, that the Short Cuts are only available through a streaming device and not on a DirecTV channel! What is the logic. I thought I was paying to be able to watch Short Cuts on my big screen television, not on a laptop screen. Also, why is channel 1701 (games on demand) not available?
This is classic "bait and switch" marketing. AT&T/DirecTV should be ashamed of how they are treating customers. I did not sign up for Sunday NFL Ticket MAX at a price of $360 to be treated like this.

another complaint - the audio in the short cuts is about 2-3 seconds behind the video on EVERY SHORTCUT I'VE SEEN. not just 1 or 2, but all of them. It is increadibly annoying watching the shortcut and having audio 2-3 seconds later.
I realize the editors of these are under a deadline to create them but alot of the editing is really bad (it is better the 2nd week).
Also - can we offload games into the app (so we can watch them offline)?
I realize NFL has set the time to allow the shortcuts, but you cut it out 1 1/2 hours before the MNF game tonite (none of the games would load).
Again, with everyone else - put the shortcuts back on 705 & 706 - it really is the main reason i got the nfl package, & having it on devices only sucks.

NFL Sunday Ticket Shortcuts have been on these channels for many years on a couple of days following the Sunday games. This year they are no longer broadcast, after we were sold the fact that we would still have Shortcuts to the games, but now they are only available via the app and not on TV. The whole point of subscribing to TV nowadays is to NOT have to stream. This is beyond frustrating.
Multiple places on the Directv site referred to the shortcuts channels being available and they are not.

Again Directv makes it clear that they only care about money and not at all about their customers! I've been a subscriber since 1995 and have had a love/hate relationship the entire time.
The latest debacle with Short Cuts is just another huge irritation forced on us with no warning. We ONLY have continued to subscribe for the NFL Sunday Ticket package. We've all been bilked out of an extra $100 for the Max package. Of course, they will only give refunds or allow cancellations after the season. What a joke (I'm not laughing).
We probably all have big screen HD TV's and are being told we have to watch it on the smallest screens we own. Streaming the Short Cuts is absolutely stupid. Not only is the quality (and I use the term loosely) extremely poor, but the editing is terrible. The audio is out of sync, and the picture quality is terrible, and I've got a plenty fast connection. Another insult is that we pay the extra for the service and then pay again since we're being forced to use our broadband to watch what we aldready paid for.
Pay attention Directv! You are putting yourselves in postion to lose lots of loyal customers due to poor decision making, not giving any advance warning that you were changing things, and not caring or listening to your customers.

Incredible....DTV starts hitting you for payment in JULY with no notification of the change. I really have a horrible cable company in my area and DISH sticks. Might be time for me to move. Try not giving the first week away for free and take care of the customers that pay for the service.

I can't believe it!!! This is straight garbage. I've been a customer for 15 years and NOW no more short cuts!!!! I just received this info. I'm not sure IF it will do any good...but if this guys receives a large number of letters...who knows??

Recognizing that DirecTV continues to need their customers help in providing a product worth paying for, (yes, it is sarcasm) here are some more issues with NFL Shortcuts.
1. Why when I start watching a shortcut can’t I pause the playback? I’ve found that I need to exit the playback screen to stop playback. (I also need to do the same when the app is started because it jumps right into the RedZone Channel). DirecTV is acting like data is either FREE for everyone one or they hope to result in overage charges.
2. Way is it that when I do PAUSE subsequent videos that it will refuse to start playback and tell me that I’m logged in on another device. The truth is that I am NOT and that is a false statement.
