My ID Go app on my phone has all red keys

What's wrong with my ID GO app?  All of my shows have red keys even the ones I watched this morning!  I'm with D TV and signed in. My bill is paid too lol!  Please help if you can.  I don't know what to do.   I haven't ever had a problem until  now.  Just today.   I'm probably not where someone can help me.  I hope I am.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?
