My Downloads

Using my Directv app, I downloaded various shows from my dvr before traveling. Although I was able to watch a couple of shows initially, now I keep getting a message saying, “You don’t have anything downloaded yet.”  Why does this keep happening?  Is it a bug with the app? Is there a quick fix?

We are happy to help you with your DIRECTV app DVR connection concerns. We ask that you uninstall and reinstall the app to your device. This action corrects most connection errors, please let us know if it helps.

Also, here is some need to know information about accessing your DVR through the app. We hope to hear back from you soon!

Reinstalling the app did not work.  There are multiple shows recorded from my dvr on my iPad, yet the app continues to warn, “You don’t have anything downloaded yet.”  Why is the app not recognizing my recorded programs?
