Login doesn’t work for any apps but only website

I can login into directv.com and see my services, which include the premium movie subscriptions, but am unable to log in or activate the directv app or any other premium movie channel apps. After several calls totaling 4 hours with technical support the only suggestion I was offered was to change my password, which besides being ineffective makes no sense because it already worked on the website. After all that time on the phone I was told there was a work order and I would be contacted later today, which never happened. I just want access to the content I signed up for and have yet to communicate with anyone who has offered a possible solution to the problem, besides changing my password. Any help would be appreciated

We're happy to help with your sign in problem! Can you give us more details about the work order you mentioned? Was one placed o your account or were you just advised that you'd receive a call back?
