We have a 2017 Samsung smart TV. It is listed as one of the devices that can run the NFL Sunday Ticket.tv streaming app. However, the app is not listed in the app store. Is the app going to be added soon?

We don't want you to miss any games this season, so let us help!
Samsung Smart TV's are supported, but only models with the 2016 Tizen OS.
You can begin downloading the 2018 NFL Sunday Ticket app in late August 2018 from you favorite device's app store! Additionally, here is a list of supported devices.
Let us know if you have further questions!

Hi, I am using a compatible Samsung Smart TV, and while I do have the app listed in my app sore, any time I load it, there is a big error message that covers the screen, saying "an error was encountered cannot connect please try again later." Even with the error message covering the screen, it still allows me to enter my username/password, however it then says my username/password is incorrect, despite that same username and password allowing me to log in from my computer with no problem.
What is going on here? I am worried because football starts in 2 hours. Please help.

There are 3 things you can do if the apps in your Smarthub aren't working correctly or Streaming correctly.
1. Update the Apps:
Press Smarthub on the remote.
Press 2 8 9 on the remote and under Internet Service Location choose a different country and wait for the apps to change, then change the country back to the U.S. and the apps will all come back Updated.
2. Change DNS Server:
Network > Network Status > IP Settings
Change “DNS Server” to either: 184.108.40.206 or 220.127.116.11
3. Reset your SmartHub:
Menu > Smarthub > Reset Smarthub >(Or Settings > More > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub; depending on the model)
Then go through the process as described on screen to reset all of your apps.
Your pin, when asked, if you haven't changed it will be 0000
Note: You'll need to re-enter passwords for any apps that require them.
