I was able to use the Directv App without any problems on my tablet. I am now getting an error message when trying to connect and stream. The error I get is ""Password or secure token required" I am now not able to download or stream.
I am hoping that someone else has had the same trouble. Please let me know. THANKS!!!!

I’m sorry to hear the DirecTV app is suddenly giving you problems but I would be more than happy to help you out today! Could I please get you to reset the password or update the app itself? Please let me know if these steps help. I look forward to hearing back from you!

I'm having the same issue!!!! Direct advertises that you can watch anywhere.....but you can't ... FIX THE APP!!!!

I have an iPhone and the app hasn't worked in over 5 months. Have chatted and called three times only to get the same answer " the problem is on our end, we will email you when we fix the issue". Can't even watch Fox Sports Go app as my provider (DTV ) does not authorize access. When I attempt to log in, I get the "external system failure" message then get redirected to AT&T U-verse app. AT&T customer service is useless. Maybe if I pay the $10 monthly fee they started charging for access, a month after I signed up, I could log in. Not right that they don't supply service promised, then ask for more money!

I've changed my password THREE times... and have re-downloaded the app several times. This is a DIRECTV problem.... fix it!
