Frozen Screen, Blank Screen & Channels not available On Directv App
Help! I feel like the directv app is slowly shutting down every channel I watch. Several channels will not play because ‘another device is streaming the channel’ (not true). Two channels have frozen on an image but the channel plays current audio. Lastly one channel only displays a complete black page with no sound.
I reset the master box several times and have also deleted and reinstalled the app - all to no avail. The problem persists on both my iPad and iPhone.

Since you've already tried resetting the box, and uninstalling & reinstalling the app, we'd advise clearing the cache and cookies. You can also try resetting your password.
If your channels still aren't coming back after that, you can try refreshing your service by going to My Equipment & Features and selecting Refresh my service. A brief service interruption occurs as the service reboots.
