Error Code 100001

So frustrating!! The app has never worked for me, I login with correct credentials and it tells me invalid login error code 100001. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, cleared cache. Even changed my password! What do I have to do to watch my shows on my app?!?!!

I understand how frustrating that can be, let’s see what we can do.

 

For clarification, can you please verify that the error code you sent is correct?

 

Also have you tried restarting your phone after reinstalling the app?

I have the same issue. Can't log into the DirecTV app or any app that needs to verify my provider (CBS, A&E, BigTen Network). Very frustrating as I have installed and reinstalled, changed passwords, and even contacted help via Facebook Messenger.
