I can’t watch my dvr recordings because it says I’m streaming to another device but I’m not. HELP!!!

Try resetting your main Genie DVR using the red button near the access card.

That defeats the purpose of being mobile app. If you are in bed or bath or hotel traveling! It is a bug in the app!

Yes, resetting your home DVR is not a solution for solving problems with the worst Mobile App known to man.
