Hmm, duplicate channels. That is a first for us for the App. Reinstalling the app may resolve this. If that does not work, you will find additional troubleshooting steps on our App Woes thread. It has some fixes created by our forums team based on common issues our members have posted on the forums. If it does not help, please let us know or chat with our teams.

Deleted the apps, turned off and on the devices, and then reinstalled. But noticed that the iphone and ipad seemed to remember all the logon info and immediately started up connected to the dvr. Duplicate channels still appeared. I didn't see anything on the App Woes site that would help.
