Directv app won’t work

App worked fine until att took over can’t stream *** now!  HBO go doesn’t work everything went ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We'd love to help you here! Have you created an Access ID and password? If not, please Create your AT&T Access ID and Password. 
If you already have an AT&T Access ID, please confirm and use it for your logins.

We also suggest that you clear cache and browsing history on your device, uninstall app and then reinstall app.

I’m having the same trouble, I do have a Access ID and all of my apps that require a directv log in tells me I need to sign in with my access ID and when I do it says incorrect or some other invalid response. I’ve changed my ID and password twice now and still won’t work. Cleared cache and cookies. Everything has to work until here recently. The apps that won’t let me log into is my Directv app and Fox Sports go. I watch TV and basketball games on my phone and iPad and I’m not able to now.

Ditto, mine hasn't worked for over a year.  I have had three hour+ calls with ATT/Directv and no fix.  I've given up.  I was sold the NFL package because I could watch it on my mobile device and I never was able to get 1 game on my device and was refused a refund.  I'm trying the YouTubeTV free trial this weekend and it all goes well, bye Felicia!
