I have been having issues with episodes I download to my phone. I record them on the dvr, then I go into my app so I can download them to my phone. They download fine and I can view them as long as the app doesn't close. If the app closes or restarts, anything that was downloaded is gone. I had no problems for like a year and a half , then I started having this issue. No one was able to fix it, and eventually I was told that the problem was with my phone. My wife and I just upgraded phones and it is still having the same problem .
