I tried everything. Even though the phone and the Genie are on the same network they wont seem to connect. It's kind of frustrating. Please help

I just upgraded to 4k, now I cannot connect to my DVR from my mobile app. Each client shows connected to internet, but my mobile app can't see the DVR
