I have the NFL Sunday Ticket package on direct tv. I am able to watch games live on my tv, but when I try to signin to the Sunday Ticket app to stream games, it tells me tha I do not have the Sunday Ticket package. I have already tried resetting my password. That did not work.

Try fixing this sign in error by troubleshooting Sunday Ticket through your receiver then uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

This did not work. Again, I am able to watch the games live on my tv through directv. I cannot sign on to the Sunday Ticket app so that I can stream games. It tells me that I do not subscribe to Sunday Ticket. I have reset my password and deleted and downloaded the app again. I think you have a problem recognizing directv customers who are provided the Sunday Ticket package free of charge because of the directv package we have. Please fix.

What device are you using the NFL Sunday Ticket App with?
Are you using the same username and password you use to manage your DIRECTV account on att.com or directv.com?
Are you able to sign in and access NFL Sunday Ticket on a computer?
Sometimes, service authorizations can get stuck or applied incorrectly on an account, so please refresh your equipment online to resend the authorizations.
