Cannot log into direct tv app


Cannot log into direct tv app

Please I downloaded the Direct tv app from Apple.  Couldn’t remember my ID and password so went through process.  Reset password successfully.  Went back to Direct TV app and tried to login and it said my ID and password don’t match your records.  I’m sure you can understand the frustration when I had just reset my password through the site the app directed me to.  A little help here would be appreciated.  Please provide instructions if there are more steps I need to take.

We understand that you have an issue with getting log in to the DirecTV app. Don't worry we can point you in the right direction.
