I have over 100 episodes of one show recorded on my GeNie but the Mobile App does not always show them. More often then not it will only show me a portion of them. I have reinstalled the app and that did not help.
We are happy to help you with your DIRECTV Mobile DVR. Since you have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, here is your next troubleshooting step. We want to ensure your device is set up completely with your home DVR. Re-register your device, and reconnect to your home DVR. Allow your recording to download and let us know if this helps load all of your recording. Hope to hear from you soon!
