cancel/change a service appointment

I have an appointment scheduled for today at 12:00 to 4:00;

but will not be able to be at home. how do I change the appointment?

Login to your directv.com account. At the top right, hover over My Account. Choose My orders and service calls. There is an option to reschedule or cancel there. You can also chat in or call.

I do not have the option to reschedule the appointment. something is wrong with the setting.

Then you can use the AT&T or DirecTV websites to chat in with a rep and they will be able to re-schedule for you. Saves some time with having to call in. Cat Wink

This is the crappiest website. Impossible to figure out what's going on. The information here on how to reschedule an appointment is wrong! Pathetic for what we pay for service.

AT&T and Directv are integrating their websites. Some areas now have techs that cover both services. So the scheduling done online is probably going through updates as they get unified. In the meantime you can still call Directv 1-800-531-5000 to reschedule/cancel and existing service call as normal.

We can't do that here. You need to call .... 1 800 531 5000
