Very disappointed.

I have had direct tv for 3/3.50 months. I tried to find the link to leave a review. This is the only Forum I found. I hope some can relay the message. I had dish for 5 year and made the choice to switch. I didn't change providers because of issues. I personally have had a bad experience with direct/att. Recently I have had none stope freeze frame and constant interruption because of faulty equipment. Recently I have had 2 service techs come that have been very late for the appointment. One guy informed me that my dish was not pointing in the right direction. He mover it and said it's fixed thanks. 20 min service call. Within the hour same issue. Contact technical support they won't me to check all conection sorry not my job I pay for the extra protection. 1 week later an 3 calls trying to get a new tech to come out. Then the hard drive just goes out lost all recordings and now the freeze frame is back again. I'm very disappointed and have been very patient. It's time to voice my opinion.
