Updating & Changing Your Equipment – Things to know from AT&T

If you’re like me, you want to be in control. If you can skip a call, why not? With the myAT&T app you can activate, refresh, name, or order a receiver. If your account was recently moved to att.com and you need to

make changes to your receivers, I have you covered.

 

Navigating to the equipment page

 

Via the Web There's an App for that
  1. Sign into your account.
  2. From a desktop, select the menu symbol then My DIRECTV then View package details.
  3. Scroll down until you see My Equipment
  1. Sign into the myAT&T app.
  2. Tap the menu symbol then My DIRECTV then View package details.
  3. Scroll down until you see My Equipment

 

Finding Receiver ID & Model #

Need to find the model and serial # for the receivers? Find your Receiver ID & Model # now. I took the screenshot below to give you an idea of the new layout.

Heads Up: You can also check the status of your protection plans or view your protection plan options.
