Lost my satellite signal on Feb. 26. Called Direct TV/ATT only to be redirected to the "technical dept." I really don't like going to the middle east with my TV issues. Can't understand a THING they say. I suspect my signal is lost because they NEVER returned to bury the cable last spring. I will no longer be a customer of theirs.
It shouldn't be that hard. They just need to schedule a service visit to have the cable checked and fix it for you.
If you get a support rep that you can't understand, then politely end the call and call back again. It's called "CSR Roulette"
