I have been a direct tv customer for over 12 years. Today we noticed direct tv was scamming us by charging for 9 tvs instead of the 5 we actually have in the house. The woman told my wife that its our fault that we didnt notice and we will not be receiving a credit because direct tv made the mistake. My wife is still on the phone with other employees for over 2 hours. This is ridiculous.
