After talking to a direct TV representative i was given a rewards card of 200$ I WAS never told that it expired in less than a month and a half. I was saving it for the holiday season and when I tried to use it I found that it disappeared. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the inform given on my "reward". I love the service I just want my promised card. Can I not renew it? I don't even mind paying a processing fee. I'm just tired of getting hung up on by your employees after hours of being hold.
