I was just wondering where one goes to register equipment for their protection plan (higher level of coverage)? I’ve went to https://www.directv.com/technology/protection_plan and hit “Access Now” but receive an error. “We’re sorry, but the page you’re looking for cannot be found.”
Mind you, I upgraded it about three weeks ago .. so does it become available after 30 days?
The DIRECTV Protection Plan has a 30 day waiting period to become active. During this 30 day period, you are unable to file a claim or register devices, but the billing for the Protection Plan does not start until those 30 days have been met.
That's not what the Direct tv email says that I received 5 days after I enrolled it States "we highly recommend you register your equipment during the 30 day enrollment time... it is now 36 days and I still can't register and under which company do I register ATT or DT? Since I have combined my accounts the DT PW won't work and ATT Access Now link says error
