Poor customer service

Worst customer service EVER.....Hours wasted via multiple phone calls trying to get an issue resolved....nothing ever gets settled.....can't wait to cancel in July.

We have been trying to get an issue resolved since NOVEMBER. This is on my
88 yo mother's bill. An NFL service was tacked on her account last summer.
She kept paying her regular bill, not realizing she owed more for a service
she did not request. The NFL service has been canceled but we have been
trying to get refunded for several months of that service--that she did not
use or know she had......
I have gotten no where with customer service.

I been calling since Tuesday Jan 1 2019 regarding my TFC channel not working until now is not fix yet

They told us at &t will call us, until now we have not receive any call

Nobody is going to call you.

Best to start your own new thread and maybe someone here can help figure out why you're not getting TFC channel.  

What message do you see when you tune to that channel directly?

Is your issue with the mobile tv service or app? I have called at least 5 times and they always last over an hour and at the end they say the issue is resolved and should reset in an hour but you always get a new person when you call back and they start all over and nothing still works. Ordered internet the day I ordered the tv service took internet over a year and then they just sent the box to me and had me set it up myself ! Ridiculous

I have been trying to get a service address change and have been on the phone for an hour.  I have now blown through my lunch break and am still waiting.  After the first 1/2 hr. with a tech, I requested a manager who hung up on me when I told her this only took 5 minutes the last time.  Calling back I am in my 2nd 1/2 hour and am back on hold.....This has been the WORST customer service I have ever had.  AT & T...step up to the standards Direct TV customers are used to!

They no longer let you temporarily change your service address, unless you're actually moving your service permanently.
