I don’t know where to turn for help with my Directv.  I’m a loyal customer for over 20 years and I recently moved from Atlanta to Florida.  I contacted Direct TV and scheduled a date for the dish to be installed at my new address (Sept 3).  Unfortunately Dorian distrusted that service schedule and Direct TV rescheduled me for Friday, Sept 6 between 8 - noon.  I received both voice and text messages the day before (9/5) confirming the appointment.  I waited all day on the 6th and nobody showed, nobody called and here it is Sunday, Sept 8th and I’m still waiting for Direct TV to contact me.  I called their 800 customer service line and spoke to several people at the call center in the Philippines and they were absolutely useless.  I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get answers.  Apparently they cannot speak to anyone in the US.

I’m about to cancel Direct TV and go with Comcast/Infinity unless someone from Direct TV contacts me today.
