Movies purchased and rented that I didn't buy

When looking my Direct tv account I saw a purchace for Beauty and the beast and a rental for Jungle Book. I didn't make these purchases. I don't even have internet at my home so i couldn't have. Please remove them from my bill. Thank you!

Check your DirecTV box "Purchase History" menu to ensure they're not shown there. If they're shown there, then somebody ordered them.

Can't rent movies. Only "buy movie" option.
