Ever since ATT took over my DirecTV account I have not been able to log in to my account. I do not have ATT wireless, I have a Verizon wireless phone, no landline. I've had my DirecTV account for years. Always was able to get to my account to pay my bill, etc. However, now I have to call every month to pay my bill or make program changes. I've called directv customer service, but send me to ATT and I have never been helped YET!
Thank you for reaching out on the forums, we can help with that! In order to start managing your DIRECTV account online Create Your AT&T Access ID. Make sure when setting up your ID that you input your DIRECTV account number to link it to your new Access ID. From their you use these new sign in credentials for all of your AT&T related accounts.
