Locked out of directv side of account

I get error that account t is locked dude go to many failed log in attempts and call a number. After spending hours with no help I’m trying here. I’ve tried to manage passwords and nothing has helped. This has been going on over a year. No one seems to be able to help , all they say is reset your password which I’ve done a million times to no avail.
