Good evening,
I am extremely upset and very disappointed with the customer service and lies I have received multiple times in the last few phone calls I have had with your company. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years. I contact you to resolve issues and all I get is disrespectful employees who have no customer service whatsoever. I canceled 2 weeks ago and decided to give you another try. I very explicitly requested for my auto bill pay on a certain day during the set up process. The agent said to call back in 24-48 hours after installation and you guys would edit the date, mind you this was recorded and verified 3 times. I called today to have this done and everyone I have spoke to said it can’t be done. Why am I being lied to?? Please go back and listen to the call here is the reference number 1-240628139688. My wife called to cancel services today. We have canceled twice in a month span due to your lies and false promises! Please rectify this issue, if not I will never ever come back as a customer! Please send me a copy of the recording of the calls that we have had to my direct email. I think you should really look into all these miscommunication within your CSR department.
