Direct TV/ATT credit my payment to unknown account and disconnected my services!
They have disconnected my service three times even though I have provided proof of payment! And I paid again to have service restored. They say they credited wrong account but cannot find the funds. Bank will not reverse payment as this has been going on several months now. They say they will credit the overage to future billings once they find their mistake! Not Acceptable!!! So now they have almost six hundred dollars of my money! Customer service is unable to help beyond stating they will credit my account when they find where they credited the payment. Seems they are at fault and I am the one paying and paying some more!
Funny thing is I am not the only person this has happened to! One of my clients is fighting with DTV and ATT because the same thing has happened to her mother in another state!
