Re: Tech Appointment - How To Setup Alerts & Notifications

I was stood up for a service transfer appointment last week, and apparently the install was rescheduled for next week without my notification or knowledge.....that is poor customer service.  I talked to customer service and could not get an answer why the appt. Was changed.  I made it clear i did not want to pay the 200$ install fee because of the companies negligence/disorganization or whatever, but only got them to budge on a 50$ bill credit.  My fiance called later that night and got transferred to 3 people, and not a soul knew what was going on.  She got them to reschedule the install for today, but it is now past the time they stated they might show.  I did receive a text yesterday that stated install was slated for December 5th, but am sick of the run around and confusion........its about time to end the relationship with direct tv for good and cancel.

Re: Tech Appointment - How To Setup Alerts & Notifications

How can you escalate ongoing service issues (actually lack of service issues) to someone in America, or your local service are, who can actually get something done and fix my service.  I am shocked and astounded at the poor level of Customer Service AT&T provides now.  It used to be top notch
