Comparing your DIRECTV Bill to the New AT&T Billing Experience

A better way to view your bill

We all know the perils of getting a new car. You have no idea where the unlock button is, how to use the navigation system, or how to adjust the seats. And now, you have a new bill for your DIRECTV service. I have some good news, the new layout for the DIRECTV bill, on att.com , is very similar to the DIRECTV you are used to. I put together a comparison to give you an idea of where everything is located and how it will look.

Account Overview

If you are used to seeing the total on the upper right side of the bill, that’s where it will be on the new AT&T bill, just cooler and more information including your previous payment, balance due, and other bill details.

Account Activity

Your billing details show up on the left side of the bill just like your old DIRECTV bill.

Special Offers

What about the special offers? Not too much has change there. Just like your DIRECTV Bill, the new AT&T bill displays the offers on the right side.
