I was charged for a genie and I was never informed that I would be charged for. I did not call for it because it was the only thing the installer could do for my 2nd TV .I contacted customer service and they informed me that if I had the protection plan ( which I was never offered) that it would have been no charge. They are defying their customers by not informing them of how they could save money and not informing them there would be an extra charge on their bill.
What were you expecting to get for your second TV?
