New commercial redevelopment project

I am a civil engineer with a project in the City of Detroit at [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] The site is being redeveloped from residential to commercial and needs to have some existing poles and wires relocated. Have met onsite with the power company (DTE) and they indicated that one of the poles has only ATT wire/equipment on it that has been cut likely because the building that the pole served was demolished. I need a contact for this area to coordinate the removal of the pole  and wires.
