How to resolve an established claim number when encountering non-responsiveness
The damage caused by an AT&T Fiber Optic Service Installation Contractor by cutting an underground residential electrical line leading to lights at the end of my residential driveway has compromised my home security lighting and safe vehicular navigation when backing out of the driveway at night. This needs to be remedied now, versus 'ASAP' (as they put it) in order to reestablish those home safety and security features so as to prevent any incident that may occur due to the loss of lighting and the functionality and effectiveness they provide.
I am experiencing difficulties in driving this to closure using the AT&T provided Risk Management phone number and the contact information for the AT&T subcontracted services working my claim.
