Extremely Rude Customer Service

Today, I was speaking with a representative through Chat who was extremely rude and impatient. The comments he made towards the end were ones of irritation and proved that clearly, he was losing patience with the fact that I didn't understand what was being communicated. I don't want to go into too many details on the forum but would greatly appreciate an ATT professional contacting me so that I may provide the exact transcript. 

 

Thank you. 

 

If this doesn't get resolved, I am leaving ATT immediately. I will not tolerate the level of rudeness I experienced by this worker when I am PAYING for your services.

sorry but at&t wont contact you from your post, they dont read these forums. this is a customer forum.

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
