WiFi fails after software update

I have a BlackBerry Priv that performed a software upgrade.
Now my unit disconnects from my house WiFi constantly. After I select the WiFi it will drop the connection in les that 2 minutes. That is going to just my data plan.
Who I can re install the software again?
Do you have a fix for that bug?
My unit was acquired 18Jan 2016
Thanks for you attention:

I updated, and have lost service on my screen. ATT told me to go back to factory settings. That didn't do anything. Have been a BlackBerry user for 8 years and never been an issue until switched to an Android based phone-even if it is a BlackBerry. I've heard that reinstalling to lollipop perhaps would work. Guess it did fine til update, so worth a try.

Hi @JZayasPR!

Thanks for your question, I’m sorry to hear your Priv is disconnecting from your Wi-Fi connection. This is not typical after updating the BlackBerry software. I’ll be happy to help!

To help get this resolved without the need of reloading the software with a factory reset, I’d recommend trying the step-by-step tutorial we have on our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool . Once you’re there you can select the make and model of your phone, and then click Wi-Fi and click next.

It will walk you through common troubleshooting to resolve most Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

Please let me know if this helps and if you have any questions.

Thank you and have a great day!
