AT&T is actively working on the latest 10.2.1 software update for the Blackberry Q10 and Z10 which includes many positive upgrades. In an effort to provide our customers with the best user experience possible, all software updates go through a rigorous quality assurance testing process before being released. We will release the update as soon as testing is complete. We appreciate your patience.

No worries. Downloading from Rogers right now. Should be done in about 30 mins.
Imagine if AT&T did the same screwyness to iOS updates. Ie: release iOS updates after the rest of the world. You would see a huge up tick in tmobile and verizon users.
Just sayin.
I guess thanks for the update, but no thanks for AT&T constantly dragging there feet.

D,  thanks for the update.

Will this 10.2.1 update be version 10.2.1.537 which BlackBerry announced today?

(NOTE: my prior posting somehow didn't make it to the board!?!).

A notification that I got just says 10.2.1, but it also links to today's announcement, so I believe so.

So does that mean we are getting this upgrade today and I mean the upgrade that Blackberry released today, January 28th? Not the one that we never got back in the fall.

It's very disheartening to never get Blackberry support from ATT.  I've been with you guys for over 13 years and for the past few years Blackberry users always gets the low man on the totem pole treatment.

I would rather wait longer and be offered a well-tested and reliable upgrade.

There are already a lot of reports showing up today of problems with this new Version 10.2.1.537. At this early point, it is hard to judge exactly how wide spread these problems are.

I'm fine with my current Q10 version until there is a Version 10.2.1.xxx that is reliably viable. I'm counting on AT&T to release only such a version that is worthy of their and our confidence.

I got tired of waiting for AT&T and loaded the leak months ago. Works flawlessly. I don't understand why you guys won't support Blackberry. You would never treat Iphone users like this.

Feels like AT&T doesnt care about it's BlackBerry customers. Why not push the update worldwide and embrace what BlackBerry was trying to do all along...Verizon was able to launch the 10.2.1 update yesterday. Been with AT&T since 2003.  P.S. This list was taken from a Crackberry.com post yesterday.

Shouldn't AT&T have tested this long ago?  I am paying way too much to ATT for this type of service; am sure so are other businesses...
