Low ringer volumn on 8310 after 4.5 upgrade

Has anyone had a problem with ringer volumn after upgrading to 4.5 ?  I have done upgrade maybe 5 times now and you can barely hear phone ring..  I have check all settings and they are set to max..  For the time I had to go back to 4.2 since with my working conditions I need the volumn. Any suggestions will be appreciated
