Not being able to get push notifications for your phone when you need them can be concerning. I know when I need a certain notification and if I don’t receive it, I get worried. I can help you with this issue.
On the AT&T website, we have this great tool called the Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. This tool is specific to your phone and it gives step by step instructions on how to fix the issue. Also, on the Settings Menu, did you check if the Push Notifications are on for apps? Usually there are options to enable the settings for your preferred applications.

This is a known issue with the KeyONE that was introduced in a security update back in July. It was fixed with a September update that has been pushed to unlocked devices and other carriers, but AT&T has yet to push this update to their branded devices. Once you get this update your issues with push notifications should be resolved.
