Blackberry Classic notifications
I purchased a Blackberry Classic from my AT&T store this weekend and I've noticed that the screen will not constistantly light up when I receive a new email or text when the screen is locked. I've checked all of the settings and it is set up to do so. I've checked to make sure that I'm running the latest software. I've toggled the setting for this off and on then rebooted the phone. I've also performed a hard reset and nothing seens to work.
Any ideas?

I’d be happy to help with the notifications on your new Blackberry Classic! Is the screen being wakened by particular notifications at all? For example, are emails always waking the screen and displaying the notification, whereas text messages never do? Or is it more a case of each notification type only sometimes causing the screen to wake?
