BlackBerry phone

Blackberry stated this week that they has released a new update for all OS 10 smartphone to the 10.3.1 version, so why isn't AT & T releasing it to their customers?

They are usually one of the last carriers in the world to release BB updates. You just have to wait or buy the phone straight from BB.
