Att website doesn't recognize IMEI number

I purchased a sim card today and I'm trying to activate it online. But the website doesn't accept my IMEI number. What do I do?

I am having the same issue with 3 AT&T Elevate mifi devices. It would not recognize the IMEI.

 

Now it looks like the site may be having issues. The error is:

Blackberry, as far as I know it's never been locked to any network

What model number Blackberry? Do an IMEI check on Swappa.
If this is an international version, it isn't in ATT site, and may not be compatible.

Non cell phones are often not in the computer system. You may need help activating.
