Your company may have a Service Manager that can advise you on what features/plans you’re account is eligible for. You can also ask your local IT (in most occasions IT specialists are also BES Admins).
You can always contact AT&T by reaching out to an online business support specialist at www.att.com/biztech. Select your device, and then click “Chat Now” on the following page. Depending on the type of account, we may be able to advise you of what provisioning your account currently has.
