Available updates for the BlackBerry Q10 & Z10

On August 27th, 2014, AT&T and BlackBerry released software update 10.2.1.3014 for the BlackBerry Q10 & Z10. This software update package brings several improvements to the BlackBerry Q10 & Z10 user experience. Customers will receive a notification to their device and a Wi-Fi connection is required to perform the update over the air. • Software version verification:
  To verify that you have the latest software version, from the home screen, drag down the notification bar, tap Settings > About > and then from "Category" select OS. The new software version is OS Version: 10.2.1.2273 and Software release: 10.2.1.2179.
